  3. To install Date/Time Changer 95, run Setup.exe from Windows 95/NT.

  5. Date/Time Changer 95 Version 3.0 for Windows 95/NT. Date/Time 
  6. Changer 95 for Windows is a simple, straight forward application 
  7. that allows you to change the last modification date/time and 
  8. attributes of any file.  This is a very useful tool, especially 
  9. for developers, and can be used for a variety of reasons.  The 
  10. main reason Date/Time Changer 95 was created is:  a simple form of 
  11. version control.  By changing the date/time of a file, you can 
  12. determine the version of the source or executable by looking at 
  13. its date. (For example: The date of version 3.01 of an application 
  14. could be 3/1/96 or 03:01:00 AM or any combination you choose.)  
  15. Start Date/Time Changer 95 by double clicking the Date/Time Changer 
  16. 95 icon.  Once the program has started, you can select a file from 
  17. the list provided, by clicking on it with the mouse, or you can 
  18. change drives or directory for a new list.  Once a file has been 
  19. selected, Its current date/time are displayed in the current date 
  20. field and its attributes are marked.  To change the date/time and 
  21. attributes, simply type a new date/time in the new date field and mark
  22. the desired attributes and press the change button. The new date should 
  23. be in MM/DD/YY HH:MM:SS format. Specifying AM or PM as part of the time 
  24. is optional, as are the seconds.  You should use 24-hour time (7:45 
  25. PM is entered as 19:45, for example) if you don't specify AM or PM.  
  26. Omitting the time portion of the date/time will result in a 12:00:00 
  27. AM time.
